Eradication of invasive alga Caulerpa racemosa var. cylindracea in National Park Mljet (Croatia)
2007In the summer of 2004 the invasive green alga Caulerpa racemosa var. cylindracea was found in N.P. Mljet in the area of Great lake which is a unique marine acosystem. Eradication was conducted with the aim to slow down the algae spread. Manual eradication methods were used such as covering with plastic foil or collecting by underwater suction pump.

Preliminary investigation oh Bryozoa in the National park "Mljet" (Adriatic Sea, Croatia)
1998In 1995 the benthic bryozoan species were collected on the outer southwestern cliffs in the National park "Mljet". The island od Mljet is 36 km long and developed at outer rim of the Adriatic shelf. The coast is mainly low and rocky, and cliffs are developed mostly along the southwestern coast of the island.
