Strategy of Triple‐Gradient in Binary Pixels for Flexible Pressure Sensing with High Sensitivity and Wide‐Range Linearity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A flexible pressure sensor with triple‐gradient design of conductivity, modulus, and dimension in binary micro‐dome pixels is proposed. Based on precisely‐designed CNT/PDMS matrix, the device exhibits a linear sensitivity of 974.1 kPa−1 across range up to 1.8 MPa (R2 > 0.99), offering an effective strategy for potential applications in healthcare ...

scTIDE: Deciphering Critical Transitions Through Cell‐Perturbed Manifold Graphs and Optimal Transport Conditional Flow Matching

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
scTIDE identifies single‐cell tipping points by combining manifold‐based graph representations with optimal‐transport conditional flow matching, which preserves intrinsic topology and models distributional dynamics. It supports critical‐transition detection at individual‐cell resolution, prediction of unseen cells, and dimensionality reduction and ...

MLPs at the EOC: Concentration of the NTK

open access: yesCoRR
We study the concentration of the Neural Tangent Kernel (NTK) $K_θ: \mathbb{R}^{m_0} \times \mathbb{R}^{m_0} \to \mathbb{R}^{m_l \times m_l}$ of $l$-layer Multilayer Perceptrons (MLPs) $N : \mathbb{R}^{m_0} \times Θ\to \mathbb{R}^{m_l}$ equipped with activation functions $ϕ(s) = a s + b \vert s \vert$ for some $a,b \in \mathbb{R}$ with the parameter $θ\

Hydrogen‐Stabilized Self‐Rectifying Memristor Arrays for Reliable Multilevel Synapses in Transformer‐Based Keyword Spotting

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A non‐filamentary self‐rectifying HfO2/TiOx resistive random‐access memory integrates H2 annealing with an incremental step pulse with verify algorithm to achieve stable and linear analog conductance modulation. The device enables low‐current 6‐bit multilevel operation while suppressing sneak current in crossbar arrays. Implemented in Transformer‐based

Unveiling Mechanisms of SEI Formation and Sodium Loss in Sodium Batteries via Interface Reactor Sampling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An “Interface Reactor” strategy boosts simulation stability by 2–3 orders of magnitude, enabling stable 100 ns molecular dynamics of electrode‐electrolyte interfaces. Distinct SEI formation mechanisms are revealed: mixed co‐formation in carbonates versus surface‐energy‐controlled NaF crystallization in ethers. Metadynamics simulations further elucidate

Macroeconomic Determinants of Malaysia’s Exchange Rate: A Multiple Linear Regression Analysis

open access: yesJournal of Computing Research and Innovation
This study uses Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) to examine how important macroeconomic factors affect Malaysia's exchange rate. The analysis covered annual data from 1990 to 2023 and focused on five main indicators—GDP at constant prices, GDP growth ...

CLRe: A Synergistic Dual‐Engine Framework for One‐Step Retrosynthesis Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CLRe uses a contrastive difficulty score to order pretrained seq2seq fine‐tuning for retrosynthesis. Reaction embeddings define the ranking score, and a cumulative easy‐to‐hard schedule expands from the easiest subset to the full training set while earlier examples remain active.
