The Discretization‐Corrected Particle Strength Method for the Barotropic Vorticity Equations

open access: yesInternational Journal for Numerical Methods in Fluids, Volume 97, Issue 11, Page 1426-1440, November 2025.
Numerical solution for the barotropic vorticity equation in complex geometry using the meshless point collocation method. The spatial domain is represented by a set of nodes. The collocation method numerically solves the strong form governing equations.

Relating threshold tolerance graphs to other graph classes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
A graph G=(V, E) is a threshold tolerance if it is possible to associate weights and tolerances with each node of G so that two nodes are adjacent exactly when the sum of their weights exceeds either one of their tolerances.

Thermal Analysis of 2D FGM Beam Subjected to Thermal Loading Using Meshless Weighted Least‐Square Method

open access: yesMathematical Problems in Engineering, Volume 2019, Issue 1, 2019., 2019
The paper analyzed the thermal problem of the 2D FGM beam using meshless weighted least‐square (MWLS) method. The MWLS as a meshless method is fully independent of mesh, and an approximate function was used to construct a series of linear equations to solve the unknown field variable, which avoided the troublesome task of numerical integration.
