Accurate on-wafer power and harmonic measurements of mm-wave amplifiers and devices [PDF]

open access: yes, 1992
A novel integrated test system that accurately measures on-wafer S-parameters, power levels, load-pull contours and harmonics over 1 to 50 GHz is presented.

Evolution of Innovative 5G Millimeter-Wave Antenna Designs Integrating Non-Millimeter-Wave Antenna Functions Based on Antenna-in-Package (AiP) Solution to Cellular Phones

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
This article presents an inspiring retrospect and prospect on the evolution of innovative 5G millimeter-Wave (mm-Wave) antenna designs integrating non-mm-Wave functions based on the antenna-in-package (AiP) solution to cellular phones.

The detectability of mm-wave molecular rotational transitions

open access: yes, 2016
Elaborating on a formalism that was first expressed some 40 years ago, we consider the brightness of low-lying mm-wave rotational lines of strongly polar molecules at the threshold of detectability.

Mm-wave power meter mount [PDF]

open access: yes, 1968
E-band thermistor mount and a technique for adjusting a temperature compensating thermistor to provide an electrically balanced bridge are used for measuring RF power in the mm-wavelength.

Joint Spatial Division and Multiplexing for mm-Wave Channels

open access: yes, 2014
Massive MIMO systems are well-suited for mm-Wave communications, as large arrays can be built with reasonable form factors, and the high array gains enable reasonable coverage even for outdoor communications.

Experimental study of MIMO-OFDM transmissions at 94 GHz in indoor environments [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Millimeter wave (mm-wave) frequencies have been proposed to achieve high capacity in 5G communications. Although meaningful research on the channel characteristics has been performed in the 28, 38and 60 GHz bands ─in both indoor and short-range scenarios─

MM wave quasioptical SIS mixers [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Magnetics, 1989
The authors have tested the performance of planar SIS (superconductor-insulator-superconductor) mixers with log-periodic antennas at near millimeter and submillimeter wave frequencies from 90 to 360 GHz. The large omega R/sub N/C product ( approximately 10 at 90 GHz) of the Nb/NbO/sub x//Pb-In-Au junctions requires an integrated inductive tuning ...

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.
