Contribution of the vector meson to the decay channel
d*(2380) was observed by WASA-at-COSY collaborations in the nuclear reaction recently. Its particularly narrow width may indicate the new QCD-allowed hadronic structure. To further confirm the existence of this peculiar particle in a totally different kind of reaction, ϒ(nS)→d¯*(2380)+X, the contribution from the vector meson should also be considered.

The influence of gypsum treatment on the acquirement of nutrients from soils by barley
The aim of the present paper was to determine the impact of gypsum treatment of soils on initial growth and nutrient uptake by spring barley. Topsoil from 36 different farmed fields was used for the research.

Measurement of lepton universality parameters in and decays
A simultaneous analysis of the B+→K+ℓ+ℓ− and B0→K*0ℓ+ℓ− decays is performed to test muon-electron universality in two ranges of the square of the dilepton invariant mass, q2. The measurement uses a sample of beauty meson decays produced in proton-proton collisions collected with the LHCb detector between 2011 and 2018, corresponding to an integrated ...

Effects of Mo and Cu Contents on Sigma Phase Precipitation in 25Cr-5Ni-Mo-Cu-1Mn-0.18N Duplex Stainless Steel [PDF]
Recently, a new duplex stainless steel UNS S82551 (25Cr-5Ni-1Mo-2.5Cu-0.18N) has been developed to overcome the drawbacks in super martensitic stainless steel, conventional 22Cr and 25Cr super duplex stainless steels in terms of the productivity and the ...

Resonant contributions to three-body decays in the perturbative QCD approach
In this work, we study the S, P, and D wave resonance contributions to three-body decays B(s)→[D(*),D¯(*)]K+K− by employing the perturbative QCD (PQCD) approach, where the kaon-kaon invariant mass spectra are dominated by the f0(980), f0(1370), ϕ(1020), ϕ(1680), f2(1270), f2′(1525), f2(1750), and f2(1950) resonances.

We present the first lattice QCD determination of the Λb→Λ*(1520) vector, axial vector, and tensor form factors that are relevant for the rare decays Λb→Λ*(1520)ℓ+ℓ−. The lattice calculation is performed in the Λ*(1520) rest frame with nonzero Λb momenta, and is limited to the high-q2 region. An interpolating field with covariant derivatives is used to

ABSTRACT Background Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common pediatric cancer, with an overall survival now surpassing 90% in developed countries. However, treatments are not without adverse effects. In this study, we apply the severe toxicity‐free survival (STFS) framework to determine the prevalence of 21 physician‐defined severe ...
