Planar Ag/MAPbI3 thin single‐crystal halide perovskite devices show ultralow dark current and optically tunable threshold switching. Illumination enhances the polarity‐dependent hysteresis and shifts the switching voltage, whereas temperature‐dependent measurements reveal thermally activated, contact‐limited transport, underscoring the central role of ...

Asymptotic Analysis of the Downlink in Cooperative Massive MIMO Systems
We consider the downlink of a cooperative cellular communications system, where several base-stations around each mobile cooperate and perform zero-forcing to reduce the received interference at the mobile.

A flash lamp annealing strategy using a mullite chuck enables rapid conversion of sol–gels to metal oxides on silicon and ultra‐thin glass without extra light‐absorbing layers. Direct light absorption initiates the transformation, and the low thermal conductivity of mullite promotes heat accumulation.

Beamforming for 3G base stations antennas
The electric field produced within the sectoral coverage area of mobile telecom base stations is very inhomogeneous. In this paper we investigate how beamforming can be applied to homogeneize the electric field, thereby better distributing the power ...

Controlled Pt–Pt fine structure in square‐planar Pt(II) complexes governs metal–metal‐to‐ligand charge‐transfer (MMLCT) state formation, exciton dynamics, and organic light‐emitting diode performance. Short Pt–Pt contacts in Pt(fppz)2 enable coherent metal–metal coupling, sub‐microsecond emission and an external quantum efficiency of 29%, whereas ...
