Ion Intercalation‐Mediated MoS2 Conductance Switching for Highly Energy‐Efficient Memristor Synapse
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.The novel ion intercalation‐mediated memristor synapse based on MoS₂ enables highly efficient spatiotemporal information processing. The memristor achieves fast switching (500 ns) and ultra‐low energy consumption (2.85 fJ per synaptic event), while maintaining stable bidirectional synaptic plasticity modulation.

Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Coplanar DG a‐IGZTO/a‐IZO multi‐channel TFT is proposed for the first time to achieve large drain current, high mobility, and low off‐state current for large‐area AMOLED displays.
