Enhancing Signal Purity in Josephson Structure Measurements

A low‐noise signal measurement system for dilution refrigerators is presented, combining multistage cryogenic filtering and electromagnetic shielding to suppress broad‐spectrum noise. The setup enables sub‐nanoampere switching current measurements in Josephson junctions, surpassing commercial systems.
