Simulation of Change in Reliability of Rope System Motion Mechanism in Mobile Ropeway Complex

2021
The article presents a method of computer simulation for the process of changing the reliability indicators over time in the key node of the mobile cable car complex—the mechanism of movement of the cable system. The method is based on a specially developed mathematical probabilistic model.

Mobile self-propelled ropeway of small load capacity

Mining Journal
In the LEPL G. Tsulukidze Mining Institute, a mobile ropeway for small loads was developed and built, which can be used to transport loads weighing up to 100 kg on terrain with different slopes and difficulties. The ropeway is distinguished by its small mass, compactness, ease of handling and mobility.

Enhancing Urban Mobility with Aerial Ropeway Transit (ART): Future Accessibility Impacts of Multimodal Transit Expansion Scenarios

Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board
Aerial ropeway transit (ART) systems are emerging alternatives to augment existing transit systems in congested cities in the Global South, especially in urban areas with limited transit coverage because of road width constraints or topography. Integration of aerial cable car stations to an existing transit network can improve the overall accessibility
