Gain of Virulence Caused by Insertion of a Pot3 Transposon in a Magnaporthe grisea Avirulence Gene
The avirulence gene AVR-Pita in Magnaporthe grisea prevents the fungus from infecting rice cultivars carrying the disease resistance gene Pi-ta. Insertion of Pot3 transposon into the promoter of AVR-Pita caused the gain of virulence toward Yashiro-mochi,

Mochy: A Tool for the Modeling of Concurrent Hybrid Systems
This paper introduces MOCHY, a tool designed for the modeling of concurrent systems with variants of stochastic, timed and hybrid Petri nets. Beyond modeling, the tool serves as a platform for fast simulation, and can be used for statistical verification of properties, controller testing, and learning of control rules.

AZEVs derived from Alpinia zerumbet leaves protect HaCaT keratinocytes from UVB‐induced photoaging by reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, restoring mitochondrial membrane potential, and enhancing ATP production. AZEVs upregulate mitochondrial biogenesis–related proteins, including p‐AMPK/AMPK, SIRT1, PGC‐1α, and Nrf2, thereby improving
