High‐Performance Monolayer 1T‐GeO2 Transistors with Low‐Resistance Metal Contacts
First‐principles quantum transport simulations reveal that monolayer 1T‐GeO2 forms ideal Ohmic contacts with conventional metals due to suppressed Fermi‐level pinning. Molecular Engineering of Hybrid Electrolytes for Aqueous Zinc Ion Batteries
A molecularly engineered hybrid electrolyte enhances Zn (de)plating reversibility in aqueous zinc‐ion batteries (AZIBs). Fluorine‐functionalized triethyl phosphate tailors the solvation environment to modulate the desolvation kinetics and suppress water‐induced parasitic reactions.

A selective surface engineering strategy is presented for zinc metal powder (ZnMP) anodes in aqueous zinc‐ion batteries. Trifluoroacetic acid treatment enriches the exposure of (002) planes, forming a stepped hexagonal morphology that suppresses hydrogen evolution and dendrite growth.
