Evolution‐guided yeast complementation reveals functional differences in human PSPH variants
Ancient genomes can help guide which human genetic variants are tested experimentally. This study applies that idea to PSPH, a gene involved in serine biosynthesis, and uses high‐throughput yeast complementation to compare variant function. The findings reveal measurable differences among selected alleles and illustrate the value of evolution‐guided ...

To provide flexibility and efficiency in logic and timing verification of MOS VLSI circuits, it is desirable that various portions of a circuit can be described and simulated at appropriate levels of detail. Such a capability is provided by the Mixed-Mode Simulator described here.

Flexible mixed-mode and mixed-level simulation
1993 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2002A new mixed-level and mixed-mode simulator is presented. It is developed by coupling a piecewise linear simulator with an existing discrete event simulator through a very flexible interface. This interface can be used to integrate other types of simulators with the discrete event simulator as well.

The configuration with electronic tunable characteristics that can work in mixed mode may be useful from IC realization viewpoint and application adaptability. This paper proposes an electronically tunable mixed mode universal filter based on multiple output current controlled current conveyor (MOCCCII) and this single topology without any alteration ...
