Mechanical Behavior and Fracture Mechanisms of MXene/PVDF Nanocomponsites: In Situ Characterization and Multiscale Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Multiscale experiments and modeling reveal how Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets reinforce PVDF nanocomposites. An optimal MXene loading (∼1 wt.%) nearly doubles tensile strength through efficient stress transfer, flake alignment, and crack‐deflection mechanisms, transforming ductile polymer behavior into a controlled multi‐stage fracture pathway which aligns ...

Optoelectronic Synaptic Devices Using Molecular Telluride Phase‐Change Inks for Three‐Factor Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Microenvironmental Reprogramming by 3D Anisotropic Cardiac Extracellular Matrix Induces Nuclear Remodeling and Epigenetic Maturation of Chemically Induced Cardiomyocytes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A 3D anisotropic hydrogel derived from heart extracellular matrix guides cytoskeletal alignment and nuclear remodeling in reprogrammed cardiomyocyte‐like cells. This study reveals how matrix alignment modulates nuclear envelope dynamics and chromatin state, triggering transcriptional and functional maturation.

Oxygen‐Tunnel Indium Tin Oxide Vertical Channel Transistors with Enhanced Current Density and Reliability for Monolithic 3D Compute‐In‐Memory Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Swelling‐Programmed Topographical Guidance for Dynamic Spheroid Self‐Assembly via a Mechanochemical Hydrogel Niche

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A swelling‐programmed micropatterned hydrogel guides adherent cells through a controlled transition from cell–matrix anchoring to cadherin‐mediated cell–cell compaction, enabling rapid assembly of high‐viability spheroids with defined size and morphology.

Omnipolar Magnetic Field Detection by Superlattice‐Based Hall Sensor

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Magnetic‐field‐induced electronic switching is demonstrated in unit‐cell‐engineered La0.7Sr0.3MnO3–BiFeO3 superlattices. Distinct substrate terminations modify magnetic and transport properties. Hall resistance measurements show omnipolar, hysteretic anomalous Hall switching above the Curie temperature, arising from Fe─Mn interfacial exchange, enabling

Platform ontologies for the model-driven architecture

European Journal of Information Systems, 2007
The Model-Driven Architecture enables the deployment of software applications on different platforms. It is based on a pattern in which a platform-independent model is transformed into a platform-specific model, given a platform model. Currently the model transformations used for this task implicitly assume this platform model, which makes it unclear ...

Towards agent-oriented model-driven architecture

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Information Systems, 2007
Model Driven Architecture supports the transformation from reusable models to executable software. Business representations, however, cannot be fully and explicitly represented in such models for direct transformation into running systems.

Methodology Support for the Model Driven Architecture

14th Asia-Pacific Software Engineering Conference (APSEC'07), 2007
Model-driven approaches to software engineering have expanded their influence in recent years, with Object Management Group's model-driven architecture (MDA) being the major force behind this boost. However, despite its merits, MDA remains insufficient for software system development, in the sense that it does not provide a concrete and comprehensive ...
