E2A selectively regulates TGF‐β–induced apoptosis in KRAS‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer
Ability to induce apoptosis by TGF‐β is frequently lost in advanced lung adenocarcinoma despite intact TGF‐β signaling. We identify E2A as a mutant KRAS–dependent mediator of resistance to TGF‐β–induced apoptosis. TGF‐β induces E2A via SMAD3 in mutant KRAS cells, and E2A silencing restores apoptosis and enhances radiation response in cell lines ...

Improving Models for Model-Based Testing Based on Exploratory Testing
2014 IEEE 38th International Computer Software and Applications Conference Workshops, 2014Model-based testing facilitates automatic generation of test cases by means of models of the system under test. Correctness and completeness of these models determine the effectiveness of the generated test cases. Critical faults can be missed due to omissions in the models, which are primarily created manually.

2013 18th International Conference on Engineering of Complex Computer Systems, 2013
Over the last decade several model merging approaches have been proposed. Most of these approaches focused on version control systems. We are interested in merging test models. We present a merging approach to reconcile unit test models and generate integration test models using the UML Testing Profile.

Abstract This paper proposes a method to determine whether or not the real plant model is in a domain which is defined with a given nominal plant model and a given perturbation bound, when an input sequence and an output sequence of the plant are available.

Oecologia, 1990
This is a comment on a note by Solow (1990). It is shown that Solow's simulation results indicate that Bulmer's test for density dependence is non-robust to a particular kind of second-order Markovity that might well be overlooked by an ecologist. It is suggested that Solow's claim that Bulmer's test is insensitive is not wholly justified.

Test coverage models for system test?
Proceedings. International Test Conference, 2003Summary form only given. In the world of IC testing, efficiency measurements are based on test coverage of modeled faults, often stuck at faults. While this has been effective at the chip level to improve the quality of chip testing, the question is how can this be transferred to the system test level?
