On model theory of covers of algebraically closed fields
We study covers of the multiplicative group of an algebraically closed field as quasiminimal pregeometry structures and prove that they satisfy the axioms for Zariski-like structures presented in \cite{lisuriart}, section 4.

Strings in bimetric spacetimes
We put forward a two-dimensional nonlinear sigma model that couples (bosonic) matter fields to topological Hořava gravity on a nonrelativistic worldsheet. In the target space, this sigma model describes classical strings propagating in a curved spacetime

The Majorana lattice gauge theory purely composed of Majorana fermions on square lattice is studied throughly. The ground state is obtained exactly and exhibits the coexistence of symmetry breaking and topological order.

Generalized CP^1 model from t_1-t_2-J model
A long-wavelength, low-frequency effective theory is obtained from $t_1-t_2-J$ model. The action is written in terms of two-component bose spinor fields (CP^1 fields) and two spinless Fermi fields. The generalized CP^1 model is invariant under U(1) gauge

Higher spins dynamics in the closed string theory [PDF]
The general $\sigma$-model-type string action including both massless and massive higher spins background fields is suggested. Field equations for background fields are followed from the requirement of quantum Weyl invariance.

Collective field theory of the matrix-vector models [PDF]
We construct collective field theories associated with one-matrix plus $r$ vector models. Such field theories describe the continuum limit of spin Calogero Moser models. The invariant collective fields consist of a scalar density coupled to a set of fields in the adjoint representation of $U(r)$.

A $$ \mathcal{A} $$ -theory — A brane world-volume theory with manifest U-duality
In this paper, the A $$ \mathcal{A} $$ -theory, an extension of F-theory, is described as a fully U-duality covariant brane theory. This theory has some distinguishing features not known from world-sheet models. In particular, seen as a sigma model, both

A Three-Family Standard-like Orientifold Model: Yukawa Couplings and Hierarchy
We discuss the hierarchy of Yukawa couplings in a supersymmetric three family Standard-like string Model. The model is constructed by compactifying Type IIA string theory on a Z_2 x Z_2 orientifold in which the Standard Model matter fields arise from ...

The Quantum Description of BF Model in Superspace
We consider the BRST symmetric four-dimensional BF theory, a topological theory, containing antisymmetric tensor fields in Landau gauge and extend the BRST symmetry by introducing a shift symmetry to it.
