Die Partitionierung des Biokatalysators in die Peptid‐RNA‐Tröpfchen führt zu einer Entfaltung und einem Aktivitätsverlust.

In diesem Experiment beobachteten wir mithilfe breitbandiger Mikrowellenspektroskopie die Solvatisierung von 4‐Hydroxy‐2‐butanon mit bis zu fünf Wassermolekülen.
