Minimal consistent Dark Matter models for systematic experimental characterisation: fermion Dark Matter

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
The search for a Dark Matter particle is the new grail and hard-sought nirvana of the particle physics community. From the theoretical side, it is the main challenge to provide a consistent and model-independent tool for comparing the bounds and reach of

Light dark matter: Models and constraints

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2017
We study the direct detection prospects for a representative set of simplified models of sub-GeV dark matter (DM), accounting for existing terrestrial, astrophysical and cosmological constraints. We focus on dark matter lighter than an MeV, where these constraints are most stringent, and find three scenarios with accessible direct detection cross ...

Extra-dimensional model of dark matter [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2021
We present a model for dark matter with extra spatial dimensions in which Standard-Model (SM) fermions have localized wave functions. The underlying gauge group is $G_{\rm SM} \otimes {\rm U}(1)_z$, and the dark matter particle is a SM-singlet Dirac fermion, $χ$, which is charged under the ${\rm U}(1)_z$ gauge symmetry.

Searching for inelastic dark matter with future LHC experiments

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We consider a dark sector containing a pair of almost degenerate states coupled to the Standard Model through a dark photon mediator. This set-up constitutes a simple realization of the inelastic dark matter scenario.

Distinguishing two dark matter component particles at e + e − colliders

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We investigate ways of identifying two kinds of dark matter (DM) component particles at high-energy colliders. The strategy is to notice and distinguish double-peaks(humps) in the missing energy/transverse energy distribution.

The structure of dark matter halos in an annihilating dark matter model [PDF]

open access: yesNew Astronomy, 2001
The inability of standard non-interacting cold dark matter (CDM) to account for the small scale structure of individual galaxies has led to the suggestion that the dark matter may undergo elastic and/or inelastic scattering. We simulate the evolution of an isolated dark matter halo which undergoes both scattering and annihilation. Annihilations produce

Charged dark matter in supersymmetric twin Higgs models

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
Supersymmetric Twin Higgs models ameliorate the fine-tuning of the electroweak scale originating from the heavy scalar top partners required by the non-discovery of them at the Large Hadron Collider. If the Lightest Supersymmetric Particle resides in the
