Unification of all hyperbolic tangent function methods

open access: yesOpen Physics, 2016
Over the last twenty years, several “different” hyperbolic tangent function methods have been proposed to search solutions for nonlinear partial differential equations (NPDEs).

Soliton solutions for time fractional ocean engineering models with Beta derivative

open access: yesJournal of Ocean Engineering and Science, 2022
In this study, the authors obtained the soliton and periodic wave solutions for time fractional symmetric regularized long wave equation (SRLW) and Ostrovsky equation (OE) both arising as a model in ocean engineering.

Three Different Methods for New Soliton Solutions of the Generalized NLS Equation

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2017
Three different methods are applied to construct new types of solutions of nonlinear evolution equations. First, the Csch method is used to carry out the solutions; then the Extended Tanh-Coth method and the modified simple equation method are used to ...

Wound Geometry Determines Whether Aligned‐Fiber Scaffolds Accelerate or Impede Diabetic Wound Healing: A Biased Random Walk Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Wound closure is governed by geometry‐orientation coupling: aligned fibers speed migration along their axis but hinder perpendicular advance. In vivo diabetic wound experiments with composition‐matched fibrin, combined with an anisotropic diffusion (biased random‐walk) model, quantify this trade‐off and generate a healing landscape.

Flow‐Adaptive Gas Sensing Enabled Using a Uniform Au Nanosheet Sensor Array and a Neural Network Inference

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Integrated Au nanosheet sensor array enables simultaneous inference of gas concentration and flow rate via deep neural network analysis, without external flow control. ABSTRACT Gas sensor responses are considerably affected by gas flow rates, thereby inhibiting the accurate detection of target gas concentrations in variable‐flow applications such as ...
