Dynamical behaviors of solitons for NLSE with Kudryashov’s sextic power-law of nonlinear refractive index using improved modified extended tanh-function method

open access: yesAin Shams Engineering Journal
The higher order nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLSE) describes ultrashort pulse propagation in optical fibres. In this paper, we discuss analytically the non-linear schrödinger equation with higher order dispersion terms up to sixth order and sextic power law of nonlinearity with the help of the improved modified extended tanh-function scheme.

Investigation of the complex dynamical structure of bifurcation and dark soliton solutions to fractional generalized double sinh-Gordon equation

open access: yesPartial Differential Equations in Applied Mathematics
In the current research work, the classical wave equation is combined with a nonlinear sinh source term in the sinh-Gordon equation. It has been used in several scientific domains such as differential geometry theory, integrable quantum field theory ...

Investigation of solitons in magneto-optic waveguides with Kudryashov’s law nonlinear refractive index for coupled system of generalized nonlinear Schrödinger’s equations using modified extended mapping method

open access: yesNonlinear Analysis: Modelling and Control
In this work, we investigate the optical solitons and other waves through magneto-optic waveguides with Kudryashov’s law of nonlinear refractive index in the presence of chromatic dispersion and Hamiltonian-type perturbation factors using the modified extended mapping approach.
