RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

On the geometry of standard subspaces
A closed real subspace V of a complex Hilbert space H is called standard if V intersects iV trivially and and V + i V is dense in H. In this note we study several aspects of the geometry of the space Stand(H) of standard subspaces. In particular, we show

Cohomologically induced distinguished representations and cohomological test vectors
Let $G$ be a real reductive group, and let $\chi$ be a character of a reductive subgroup $H$ of $G$. We construct $\chi$-invariant linear functionals on certain cohomologically induced representations of $G$, and show that these linear functionals do not

Portable Low‐Field Magnetic Resonance Imaging in People With Human Immunodeficiency Virus
ABSTRACT Objective The aging population of people with HIV (PWH) raises heightened concerns regarding accelerated aging and dementia. Portable, low‐field MRI (LF‐MRI) is an innovative technology that could enhance access and facilitate routine monitoring of PWH.

A fixed point theorem in G - metric spaces for mappings using auxiliary functions
In this paper we introduce a new type of implicit relation and we prove a general fixed point theorem in G metric spaces using two auxiliary functions, generalizing Theorem 3.3 [1]. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 54H25, 47H10.

Remote Monitoring in Myasthenia Gravis: Exploring Symptom Variability
ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare, autoimmune disorder characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness and potential life‐threatening crises. While continuous specialized care is essential, access barriers often delay timely interventions. To address this, we developed MyaLink, a telemedical platform for MG patients.

ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Multiple sclerosis (MS) exhibits racially disparate rates of disease progression. Black people with MS (B‐PwMS) experience a more severe disease course than non‐Hispanic White people with MS (NHW‐PwMS). Here we investigated structural and functional connectivity as well as structure–function decoupling in the ...

A Proof of the G\"ottsche-Yau-Zaslow Formula [PDF]
Let S be a complex smooth projective surface and L be a line bundle on S. G\"ottsche conjectured that for every integer r, the number of r-nodal curves in |L| is a universal polynomial of four topological numbers when L is sufficiently ample. We prove G\"
