Abstract String theory has strong implications for cosmology, implying the absence of a cosmological constant, ruling out single‐field slow‐roll inflation, and that black holes decay. The origins of these statements are elucidated within the string‐theoretical swampland programme.

Distribution of integer points on determinant surfaces and a mod‐p analogue
Abstract We establish an asymptotic formula for counting integer solutions with smooth weights to an equation of the form xy−zw=r$xy-zw=r$, where r$r$ is a non‐zero integer, with an explicit main term and a strong bound on the error term in terms of the size of the variables x,y,z,w$x, y, z, w$ as well as of r$r$.

Rigidity of anti‐de Sitter (2+1)‐spacetimes with convex boundary near the Fuchsian locus
Abstract We prove that globally hyperbolic compact anti‐de Sitter (2+1)‐spacetimes with a strictly convex spacelike boundary that is either smooth or polyhedral and whose holonomy is close to Fuchsian are determined by the induced metric on the boundary.

Uniformization, Unipotent Flows and the Riemann Hypothesis [PDF]
We prove equidistribution of certain multidimensional unipotent flows in the moduli space of genus $g$ principally polarized abelian varieties (ppav).

A Symplectic Case of Artin's Conjecture
Let K/F be an arbitrary Galois extension of number fields and r be a representation of Gal(K/F) into GSp(4,C). Let E_16 be the elemetary abelian group of order 16 and C_5 the cyclic group of order 5. If the image of r in the projective space PGSp(4,C) is

One‐level densities in families of Grössencharakters associated to CM elliptic curves
Abstract We study the low‐lying zeros of a family of L$L$‐functions attached to the complex multiplication elliptic curve Ed:y2=x3−dx$E_d \;:\; y^2 = x^3 - dx$, for each odd and square‐free integer d$d$. Specifically, upon writing the L$L$‐function of Ed$E_d$ as L(s−12,ξd)$L(s-\frac{1}{2}, \xi _d)$ for the appropriate Grössencharakter ξd$\xi _d$ of ...

The automorphism group of Leech lattice and elliptic modular functions
Certain finite groups G with a representation \(\rho\) of degree d \(| 24\) over \({\mathbb{Q}}\) are shown to have moonshine properties in the sense of \textit{J. H. Conway} and \textit{S. P. Norton} [Bull. Lond. Math. Soc. 11, 308-339 (1979; Zbl 0424.20010)].

Character sum, reciprocity, and Voronoi formula
Abstract We prove a novel four‐variable character sum identity that serves as a twisted, non‐Archimedean analog of Weber's integrals for Bessel functions. Using this identity and ideas from Venkatesh's thesis, we provide a short spectral proof of the Voronoi formulae for classical modular forms with character twists.

Correlations of the squares of the Riemann zeta function on the critical line
Abstract We compute the average of a product of two shifted squares of the Riemann zeta function on the critical line with shifts up to size T3/2−ε$T^{3/2-\varepsilon }$. We give an explicit expression for such an average and derive an approximate spectral expansion for the error term similar to Motohashi's.

A control theorem for $p$-adic automorphic forms and Teitelbaum's $\mathcal{L}$-invariant
In this article, we describe an efficient method for computing Teitelbaum's $p$-adic $\mathcal{L}$-invariant. These invariants are realized as the eigenvalues of the $\mathcal{L}$-operator acting on a space of harmonic cocycles on the Bruhat-Tits tree ...
