Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

MagmaFlow: A desktop platform for artificial intelligence‐driven expression analysis
MagmaFlow is a free, no‐code platform for gene expression analysis. It generates interactive volcano plots, links genes to literature, pathways, and diseases, prioritizes candidates using millions of publications, identifies affected biological processes, builds network diagrams, and exports publication‐ready figures and reports for macOS and Windows ...

Tripled Fixed Points and Tripled Best Proximity Points in Modular Function Spaces
We establish a modular-space framework for the study of tripled fixed points and tripled best proximity points. Under suitable assumptions on the underlying modular (convexity, the Δ2 property, uniform continuity, and uniform convexity-type properties ...

Twisted traces of modular functions on hyperbolic 3-space
We compute analogues of twisted traces of CM values of harmonic modular functions on hyperbolic $3$-space and show that they are essentially given by Fourier coefficients of the $j$-invariant. From this we deduce that the twisted traces of these harmonic modular functions are integers. Additionally, we compute the twisted traces of Eisenstein series on

KDAC6 has been associated with cell motility and actin structures, but specific domain contributions are not established. The two catalytic domains have differential effects on motility and F‐actin regulation, affecting cortical F‐actin density, motility, stress fibers, and cell spreading.

Existence and uniqueness for double-phase Poisson equations with variable growth
We study a class of nonlinear elliptic problems driven by a double-phase operator with variable exponents, arising in the modeling of heterogeneous materials undergoing phase transitions.

Research is strongest when conducted alongside patients, not just about them. Patient research organizations help integrate patient perspectives into research priorities, study design, and scientific meetings, leading to meaningful patient outcomes and development of relevant therapies.

A Complex Structure for Two-Typed Tangent Spaces
This study concerns Riemannian manifolds with two types of tangent vectors. Let it be given that there are two subspaces of a tangent space with the property that each tangent vector has a unique decomposition as the sum of a vector in one subspace and a

One-Dimensional Hurwitz Spaces, Modular Curves, and Real Forms of Belyi Meromorphic Functions
Hurwitz spaces are spaces of pairs (S,f) where S is a Riemann surface and f:S→ℂ^ a meromorphic function. In this work, we study 1-dimensional Hurwitz spaces ℋDp of meromorphic p-fold functions with four branched points, three of them fixed; the ...

GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...
