Targeting p38α in cancer: challenges, opportunities, and emerging strategies
p38α normally regulates cellular stress responses and homeostasis and suppresses malignant transformation. In cancer, however, p38α is coâopted to drive contextâdependent proliferation and dissemination. p38α also supports key functions in cells of the tumor microenvironment, including fibroblasts, myeloid cells, and T lymphocytes.

Non-Abelian T-duality and modular invariance
Two-dimensional Ï-models corresponding to coset CFTs of the type (gËkâhËâ)/hËk+â admit a zoom-in limit involving sending one of the levels, say â, to infinity.

Tumourâhost interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour microâ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumourâhost crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organismâwide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Microfluidic electroâviscoelastic manipulation of extracellular vesicles
The electroâviscoelastic manipulation as a potential method for separation of particles based on size. The particles introduced as a sheath flow migrate to the channel center under the influence of simultaneously applied electric field and pressure driven flow.

IqgC is a RasGAP from Dictyostelium discoideum. IqgC binds RasG via its RasGAP domain and deactivates it on macroendocytic cups, thereby suppressing the uptake of fluid and particles. IqgC has a positive effect on cellâsubstratum adhesion, and its RGCt domain is required for recruitment to ventral foci.
