A New Modular Marx Derived Multilevel Converter [PDF]
A new Modular Marx Multilevel Converter, M3C, is presented. The M3C topology was developed based on the Marx Generator concept and can contribute to technological innovation for sustainability by enabling wind energy off-shore modular multilevel power switching converters with an arbitrary number of levels.

The human brain's imagination, which enables autonomous driving hazard avoidance by completing missing visual information, relies on Gaussian‐stochastic neuron. We report the altermagnetic RuO2 spintronic neurons integrating field‐free switching and intrinsic Gaussian stochasticity, building an all‐spin ANN for high‐quality image repairing and high ...

We report photostable, photoluminescent deep eutectic solvents (DESs) powered by in situ‐formed zero‐dimensional (0D) halometallates. Stabilized by microenvironment‐controlling hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA) and donor (HBD) networks, these DESs exhibit vibrant, metal ion‐tunable emission (PLQY = 60.2%).

PWM control and experiment of modular multilevel converters
A modular multilevel converter (MMC) is one of the next-generation multilevel PWM converters intended for high- or medium-voltage power conversion without transformers. The MMC consists of cascade connection of multiple bidirectional PWM chopper-cells and floating dc capacitors per leg, thus requiring voltage-balancing control of their chopper-cells ...
