Corrigendum: The 3‐sparsity of Xn−1$X^n-1$ over finite fields of characteristic 2
Abstract This corrigendum corrects an error in the article “The 3‐sparsity of Xn−1$X^n-1$ over finite fields of characteristic 2,” Transactions of the London Mathematical Society 13 (2026), e70026, DOI: 10.1112/tlm3.70026.

Stable Cuts, NAC‐Colourings and Flexible Realisations of Graphs
ABSTRACT A (2‐dimensional) realisation of a graph G is a pair ( G , p ), where p maps the vertices of G to R 2. A realisation is flexible if it can be continuously deformed while keeping the edge lengths fixed, and rigid otherwise. We say that G is rigid if every generic realisation of G is rigid; otherwise, G is flexible. In this paper, we investigate

Improving String Matching through Enhanced Hashing
ABSTRACT Background Hashing offers opportunities to tune string matching algorithms while enabling efficient data retrieval and pattern detection. Many of the best algorithms apply hashing. Objective We try to develop faster online algorithms for exact string matching.

Rethinking Mistrust: Elements Toward a Situated Theory on Immigrant Workers
ABSTRACT This article explores mistrust as a socially situated phenomenon by using the care trajectories of injured immigrant workers in Québec as a conceptual entry point. Rather than focusing on the individual characteristics of trusters, it examines how mistrust emerges from a subjective evaluation of environments perceived as threatening.

Making Policy Evidence Traceable: A Modular Preregistration Framework for Policy Evaluation
ABSTRACT Preregistration is increasingly used in policy research, but its value depends on whether preregistered commitments can be clearly linked to reported analyses. Policy studies often involve multiple outcomes, evolving administrative data, consequential design and analytic choices, and adaptive implementation, making it difficult to distinguish ...

ABSTRACT Capsets are subsets of F 3 n with no three points on a line, and a capset is complete if it is not a subset of a larger capset. We study some new constructions of capsets via algebraic equations over extensions of F 3. In particular we construct the smallest known complete capsets with size proportional to the best known lower bound.

Lower Bounds for Maximum Weight Bisections of Weighted Triangle‐Free Subcubic Graphs
ABSTRACT A bisection of a graph is a cut in which the number of vertices in the two parts of the cut differ by at most 1. In this paper, we consider maximum weight bisections of edge‐weighted triangle‐free subcubic graphs and show that every weighted triangle‐free subcubic graph G = ( V , E , w )

Hearing the Serre Invariant of a Compact p‐Adic Analytic Manifold
ABSTRACT Using a previous novel way of defining kernel functions for Laplacian integral operators on a compact p$p$‐adic analytic manifold X$X$, one such operator Δ0s$\Delta _0^s$ with s∈R$s\in \mathbb {R}$ is applied to hearing the Serre invariant i(X)$i(X)$ by showing that a wavelet eigenvalue (with the wavelet having small support) is always ...

A Branch‐and‐Price Algorithm for the Symmetric Electric Traveling Salesman Problem
ABSTRACT The Electric Traveling Salesman Problem (ETSP) is a variant of the well‐known TSP in which an electric vehicle must visit a set of customers minimizing the total cost of its route. The vehicle is assumed to be equipped with a battery of limited capacity that may need to be recharged along the route.

Stroboscopic neutron scattering measurements using Raspberry Pi‐based sample environment event mode
An inexpensive device based on a Raspberry Pi can give neutron scattering instruments the ability to carry out stroboscopic measurements in a relatively simple and flexible fashion. Stroboscopic measurements can be used to study fast kinetic processes in condensed matter systems. An inexpensive single‐board computer (Raspberry Pi 5) was employed to ...
