Effect of Laser Deoxidation on Adhesive‐Bonded Aluminum in an Oxygen‐Free Atmosphere
This study investigates laser ablation of aluminum under oxygen‐free conditions. The goal is to produce oxide‐free substrates that enable improved adhesive bonding with epoxy. Optimized laser parameters (90% overlap, 300 µJ) combined with oxide‐free substrates result in the highest tensile strength of the adhesive bond.

The impact of flap design on swelling, trismus, and pain after the lower third molar surgery: Buccal triangular flap vs. envelope flap [PDF]
Background/Aim. Swelling, trismus, and pain (STP) are the most common complications that occur after the surgical extraction of impacted lower third molars (LTM). Buccal triangular and envelope flaps are the two most commonly used mucoperiosteal flaps in

Sol–Gel Derived Polymer Precursors for Stereolithography of ZrC
ZrC is a critical material target for extreme temperature conditions. This report describes a protocol for preparing ZrC ceramics via stereolithography and examines the impact of the polymer matrix on carbothermal reduction and mechanical stability of 3D printed ZrC.

Recurrent Molar Pregnancy [PDF]
Hydatidiform mole is the result of abnormal gametogenisis and fertilisation characterised histologically by abnormalities of the chorionic villi that consist of trophoblastic proliferation and oedema of villous stroma. The frequency of molar pregnancy in western countries is about 1:1000-1200 pregnancies.

Molar pregnancy and co-existent foetus: A report of two cases [PDF]
Molar pregnancy with a co-existent foetus will lead to preterm labour, severe preeclampsia or bleeding in most of the cases and may need urgent intervention.

Thermophysical Properties of the Desulphurization Slags With Various CaS and CaO/Al2O3 Ratio
This article investigates how CaS content and the CaO/Al2O3 ratio influence the thermophysical properties of desulphurization slags. Using experimental measurements and thermodynamic simulations, this study reveals complex effects on viscosity, surface tension, and density, providing new insight into slag structure and phase behavior under ...
