Compact 9dBEs Enable Efficient and Precise Genome Editing in Mammalian Cells and In Vivo
As a compact type II‐D system, the Cas9d‐based platform holds great potential for in vivo applications. Through rational engineering, its derived base editors (9dBEs) enable efficient disease modeling while facilitating single‐vector AAV delivery for in vivo genome editing. These miniature tools offer a robust strategy for basic research and biomedical

Reliable molar distalizer: A review
Current orthodontic philosophies have been oriented toward various conservative treatment methods to eliminate extractions and also try to avoid the demand for patient compliance. The distalization of molars creates additional space within the alveolar arch, and it is of important value for the cases with minimal arch length discrepancy and Angle’s ...

Dual pKa Lipid Nanoparticles for Lung‐tropic mRNA Delivery and pH‐Programmed Endosomal Escape
Lipid nanoparticles’ bottleneck lies in low endosomal escape efficiency and liver‐dominant delivery after intravenous administration. To overcome these limitations, we present a stepwise pH‐programmed lipid nanoparticle system enabled by our newly synthesized ionizable lipid.

Noncompliance screw supported maxillary molar distalization in a parallel manner
Objective: Intraoral noncompliance upper molar distalization techniques have gained in popularity and have subsequently found to be successful in Class II correction. The aim of the present study was to introduce a screw supported intraoral distalization

UNILATERAL DISTALIZATION OF MAXILLARY MOLAR BY PENDULUM APPLIANCE
Pendulum appliance is one of intraoral appliances to distalize molars for correction of class II molar relationship or space gaining in the maxillary arch. Its major advantages are: no need to depend on patient compliance; ease of fabrication; and better

D4F‐functionalized ceria nanozyme–CasRx nanoparticles preferentially target renal macrophages through SR‐B1‐mediated uptake in ischemia–reperfusion injury. Ceria scavenges excessive ROS, while CasRx silences STING signaling, shifting macrophages toward a less inflammatory, pro‐resolving state and increasing the proportion of regulatory T cells.

This study characterizes MfAgo, an enzyme exhibiting highly efficient DNA‐guided DNA and RNA cleavage capability. Precise RNA cleavage strictly requires dimerization to stabilize the PIWI‐loop region, while its robust DNA cleavage functions in a dimerization‐independent manner.
