Subperiosteal tunnel assisted graft (STAG) technique: Report of two cases

open access: yesClinical Advances in Periodontics, EarlyView.
Abstract Background This case report describes the clinical application of the subperiosteal tunnel‐assisted graft (STAG) technique, a novel approach for peri‐implant phenotype modification and keratinized tissue augmentation. Although free gingival grafts remain the gold standard for increasing keratinized tissue width, their effectiveness may be ...

Connective tissue graft wall technique for mandibular Class II furcation defects: Two case reports

open access: yesClinical Advances in Periodontics, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Furcation involvement (FI) represents one of the most challenging conditions in periodontal therapy due to limited accessibility and the progressive interradicular attachment loss that compromises long‐term tooth stability. Deep periodontal pockets in molars and premolars often present as combined defects, including horizontal FI ...

Subperiosteal circumferential connective tissue graft for vertical implant soft tissue augmentation

open access: yesClinical Advances in Periodontics, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Vertical implant soft tissue augmentation is indicated to optimize esthetic outcomes in cases of peri‐implant soft tissue deficiency or dehiscence, particularly when the peri‐implant mucosa is exposed during a full smile. This manuscript describes the use of a subperiosteal circumferential connective tissue graft (SC CTG) for ...

Unveiling the Potential of Metal and Non‐Metal Modified Porous Carbon for the Electrochemical Reduction of CO2

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
Earth‐abundant metal‐ and non‐metal‐modified porous carbons offer a highly tunable platform for electrochemical CO2 reduction. This review shows how electronic interactions, active‐site coordination, pore architecture, and cooperative catalytic effects jointly govern intermediate stabilization, product selectivity, and device‐relevant CO2RR performance.
