Samarium Magnetism Studied on SmPd2Al3 Single Crystal
In this paper, specific features of Sm magnetism in an intermetallic compound have been studied. For this purpose, a high-quality single crystal of SmPd2Al3 was grown and subjected to detailed measurements of specific heat, magnetization, ac ...

This study investigated how PYCR1 inhibition in bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) indirectly affects multiple myeloma (MM) cell metabolism and viability. Culturing MM cells in conditioned medium from PYCR1‐silenced BMSCs impaired oxidative phosphorylation and increased sensitivity to bortezomib.

Direct Observation of Charge Transfer and Magnetism in Fe4Co4 Cyanide-Bridged Molecular Cubes.
We have studied the zero-dimensional cubane molecular correspondent of a Prussian blue analogue Cs-Fe4Co4 at low temperature and high magnetic field by means of L-edge X-ray absorption spectroscopy and X-ray magnetic circular dichroism.

Molecular magnetic resonance imaging
Molecular MRI (mMRI) is a special implementation of Molecular Imaging for the non-invasive visualisation of biological processes at the cellular and molecular level. More specifically, mMRI comprises the contrast agent-mediated alteration of tissue relaxation times for the detection and localisation of molecular disease markers (such as cell surface ...

Following high dose rate brachytherapy (HDR‐BT) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), patients were classified as responders and nonresponders. Post‐therapy serum induced increased BrdU incorporation and Cyclin E expression of Huh7 and HepG2 cells in nonresponders, but decreased levels in responders.
