Research Advances in Molecular Regulatory Mechanism of Chordoma

open access: yesZhongliu Fangzhi Yanjiu, 2019
Chordoma is a rare primary malignant bone tumor derived from notochord remnants. Due to its strong local invasiveness and chemotherapy resistance, chordoma has a high local recurrence rate and poor prognosis.

Pulling short DNA molecules having defects on different locations [PDF]

open access: yesPhys. Rev. E, v92, p03270, 2015, 2015
We present a study on the role of defects on the stability of short DNA molecules. We consider short DNA molecules (16 base pairs) and investigate the thermal as well as mechanical denaturation of these molecules in the presence of defects that occurs anywhere in the molecule. For the investigation, we consider four different kinds of chains.

Musielak-Orlicz-Hardy Spaces Associated with Operators Satisfying Reinforced Off-Diagonal Estimates

open access: yesAnalysis and Geometry in Metric Spaces, 2013
Let X be a metric space with doubling measure and L a one-to-one operator of type ω having a bounded H∞ -functional calculus in L2(X) satisfying the reinforced (pL; qL) off-diagonal estimates on balls, where pL ∊ [1; 2) and qL ∊ (2;∞]. Let φ : X × [0;∞) →

Para além das fronteiras da química: relações entre filosofia, psicologia e ensino de química Beyond chemical boundaries: a conceptual profile for molecule and molecular structure

open access: yesQuímica Nova, 1997
The concepts of molecule and of molecular structure are so central to understand chemical phenomena that seems to be no doubt about the uniqueness of its meanings. Nevertheless, the idea that the world exhibits a multiform structure and that to different

Direct single-molecule dynamic detection of chemical reactions. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Single-molecule detection can reveal time trajectories and reaction pathways of individual intermediates/transition states in chemical reactions and biological processes, which is of fundamental importance to elucidate their intrinsic mechanisms.
