Analysis of the adventitious fauna of terrestrial molluscs in the centre of the Russian Plain
Folia Malacologica, 2021 The terrestrial mollusc fauna of the central part of the Russian Plain has been analysed with respect to its species composition and the proportion of adventitious species. The classification of adventitious species follows that accepted in Russia. Considerable changes in the fauna took place in the period 2016–2020.

Chitin‐Derived Carbon‐Metal Functional Materials
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.Functional carbon materials are synthesized from combination of biopolymer (chitin) and iron precursors. The resultant material exhibits superior surface area and adsorptive properties compared to carbon materials synthesized directly from pure chitin.

Biodegradable 3D‐Printable and Coatable Antifouling Composites for Marine Applications
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.Marine biofouling damages submerged surfaces and raises greenhouse gas emissions. Biodegradable antifouling biocomposites were developed by hot‐mixing beeswax, Tween 80, and calcium stearate or stearic acid. Adjusting the component ratio enables processing via hot‐pressing, 3D‐printing, or dip‐coating.

Three‐dimensional digital analysis of musteloid masticatory muscle architecture
The Anatomical Record, EarlyView.Musteloids span an enormous breadth of dietary modes within a single superfamily. In this study, we utilize digital dissection techniques to reconstruct the internal 3D anatomy of muscles within the musteloid feeding apparatus, and explore how dietary specializations might alter the size, orientation, and curvature of fascicles therein.
