Binary‐to‐Ternary Reconfigurable Transistors Using Plasma‐Assisted MoS2

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A binary‐to‐ternary reconfigurable transistor is demonstrated using a dual‐gated molybdenum disulfide homojunction with localized O2 plasma treatment. The device exhibits on/intermediate and intermediate/off current ratios of 102 and 104, respectively, and the intermediate state is electrically tunable in the ternary mode.

The Methods to Unlock Molybdenum Disulfide [PDF]

open access: yesUC Merced Undergraduate Research Journal, 2020
In today’s world, we’ve invented many new technologies that have allowed us to map out the earth’s surface but just as we can map out surfaces in a large scale, we can also map out surfaces in a very small scale such as in nanometers. Thus, giving us opportunities to study & discover various materials such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2 ...

Water-Assisted Synthesis of Molybdenum Disulfide Film with Single Organic Liquid Precursor

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2017
We report on the synthesis of large-area molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) film on an insulating substrate by means of chemical vapor deposition. A single mixture of molybdenum hexacarbonyl (Mo(CO)6) and dimethyl disulfide (C2H6S2) was utilized as an organic ...

2‐Deoxyglucose Dendrimer‐Enabled Niclosamide Delivery to FRβ‐Expressing Macrophages Alleviates Endometriosis Progression and Associated Hyperalgesia

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A folic acid (FA)‐conjugated 2‐deoxyglucose dendrimer selectively targets FRβ+ macrophages in endometriotic lesions, enabling precise intracellular delivery of niclosamide. This nonhormonal nanomedicine enhances drug solubility, provides controlled intracellular release, suppresses lesion growth, reduces inflammation and pain, and establishes FRβ ...
