I-V Characteristics of Vertically Grown Mono-layer Molybdenum Disulfide
In this study, two-probe low current I-V measurements are performed on vertically grown mono-layer molybdenum disulfide. Voltage sweeps from -5V to 5V suggest an n-type device, producing currents in the range of tens of nanoamps.

Monolayer Molybdenum Disulfide Nanoribbons with High Optical Anisotropy
2D molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has shown promising prospects for the next generation electronics and optoelectronics devices. The monolayer MoS2 can be patterned into quasi-1D anisotropic MoS2 nanoribbons (MNRs), in which theoretical calculations have ...

A study on molybdenum disulfide and its toxicity in Arabidopsis thaliana and Zea mays leaves
This research project focused on determining if the application of molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles to plants causes toxicity. The results suggest that molybdenum disulfide does not cause toxicity to plants, when applied to the leaves at concentrations
