Wireless magnetic-based closed-loop control of self-propelled microjets.
In this study, we demonstrate closed-loop motion control of self-propelled microjets under the influence of external magnetic fields. We control the orientation of the microjets using external magnetic torque, whereas the linear motion towards a ...

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

Investigating transcription factor dynamics in health and disease using FRAP
FRAP analysis of GFP‐tagged transcription factors reveals how molecular mobility and target engagement change in response to drug treatment. By combining live‐cell imaging, quantitative model fitting, and statistical analysis, this approach uncovers transcription factor dynamics linked to disease mechanisms, providing a powerful framework for ...

Energy-second-moment map analysis as an approach to quantify the irregularity of Hamiltonian systems
A different approach will be presented that aims to scrutinize the phase-space trajectories of a general class of Hamiltonian systems with regard to their regular or irregular behavior.

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Multi-Source Remote Sensing Image Matching in Mountainous Areas Based on Spatial Structure Features
The multi-source remote sensing images in mountainous areas are affected by variations in resolution, imaging angles, and atmospheric conditions, resulting in significant nonlinear radiation and geometric distortion discrepancies among the images, which ...

D2G-Mamba: A Distribution-to-Geometry Alignment Paradigm for Efficient Cross-Modal Object Detection
Reliable perception in adverse illumination and weather is essential for applications such as autonomous driving. Visible-infrared fusion mitigates single-sensor failure modes, yet semantic misalignment between modalities and the quadratic cost of ...
