CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Satake-Furstenberg compactifications, the moment map and \lambda_1
Let G be a complex semisimple Lie group, K a maximal compact subgroup and an irreducible representation of K on V. Denote by M the unique closed orbit of G in PP(V) and by OO its image via the moment map.

Trivializations of moment maps
We study various trivializations of moment maps. First in the general framework of a complex reductive group G acting on a smooth affine variety. We prove that the moment map is a locally trivial fibration over a regular locus of the center of the ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Detecting orbits along subvarieties via the moment map
Let G be a (real or complex) linear reductive algebraic group acting on an affine variety V . Let W be a subvariety. In this work we study how the G-orbits intersect W.

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.

The geometric-electronic coupled design of diatomic catalyst towards oxygen reduction reaction
Diatomic catalysts are promising candidates for heterogeneous catalysis, whereas the rational design meets the challenges of numerous optional elements and the correlated alternation of parameters that affect the performance.

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Convexity of the moment map image for torus actions on b(m)-symplectic manifolds
We prove a convexity theorem for the image of the moment map of a Hamiltonian torus action on a bm-symplectic manifold. This article is part of the theme issue ‘Finite dimensional integrable systems: new trends and methodsPeer ...
