Muon Dipole Moment Experiments: Interpretation and Prospects [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
We examine the prospects for discovering new physics through muon dipole moments. The current deviation in $g_{\mu}-2$ may be due entirely to the muon's {\em electric} dipole moment.

Workshop summary: Kaons@CERN 2023

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
Kaon physics is at a turning point – while the rare-kaon experiments NA62 and KOTO are in full swing, the end of their lifetime is approaching and the future experimental landscape needs to be defined.

The conservation of mass-moment parameters [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2007
In this paper we study a concept of mass-moment parameter which is the generalization of the mass and the moments of inertia of a continuous media. We shall present some interesting kinematical results in the hypothesis that a set of mass-moment parameters are conserved in a motion of a continuous media.

Moment equations of neutrinos in supernova [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2009
We derive a series of moment equations describing the motion and flavor transformation of neutrinos in supernova. We find a particular series of moments of neutrino density matrix in supernova. The emission angle distribution of neutrinos is described by this series of moments.

Gender, experience, and self-efficacy in introductory physics

open access: yesPhysical Review Physics Education Research, 2016
[This paper is part of the Focused Collection on Gender in Physics.] There is growing evidence of persistent gender achievement gaps in university physics instruction, not only for learning physics content, but also for developing productive attitudes ...
