At home, I bake a frozen pizza for the kids while checking on their homework. I don’t make anything for myself. I’ve put on some weight, and the most effective way to lose it is to skip dinner. So I pour myself a Diet Coke and sit with the kids, watching them enjoy their pizza, and ask about their days.
