Public Health Challenges, Volume 5, Issue 2, June 2026.This cross‑sectional observational study assessed the prevalence and diversity of intestinal parasitic infections in humans and livestock in a rural highland community of Nepal. Intestinal parasites were detected in 22% of human participants and 73% of livestock, with overlapping parasite genera observed within the same households.
