Chatting Towards Inclusivity: A Digital Approach to Inclusion Action Plans and Leader Development

open access: yesHuman Resource Management, Volume 65, Issue 2, Page 605-630, March/April 2026.
ABSTRACT Inclusion is a cornerstone of success for organizations and society, yet inclusion is not guaranteed. Building on inclusive leadership research and relational models theory, we argue that inclusion cannot manifest without systematic effort and planning by leaders.

NOSQL FOR STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL OF LARGE LIDAR DATA COLLECTIONS [PDF]

open access: yesThe International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences, 2015
Developments in LiDAR technology over the past decades have made LiDAR to become a mature and widely accepted source of geospatial information. This in turn has led to an enormous growth in data volume.

Design, Training, and Field Validation of a YOLOv8‐Based Automated Trap for Remote Detection of Codling Moth, Cydia pomonella

open access: yesEntomologia Experimentalis et Applicata, Volume 174, Issue 3, Page 212-224, March 2026.
We developed and field‐validated a fully automated trap for Cydia pomonella monitoring, combining a camera with a YOLOv8 object‐detection model for remote insect identification. In controlled laboratory validation, the model showed strong performance (precision 0.77, recall 0.83), with moderate reductions under field conditions. Across six experiments,

Open data phylometabolomics reveals turnover‐dominated chemical divergence and clade‐specific physicochemical regimes across angiosperms

open access: yesThe Plant Journal, Volume 125, Issue 6, March 2026.
Significance Statement Using an open, reproducible phylometabolomics pipeline (LOTUS + standardized taxonomy; ~77 000 occurrences), we show that angiosperm chemodiversity diverges primarily by turnover (replacement), not nested accumulation. Despite this dynamism, major clades occupy distinct physicochemical regimes, revealing conserved constraints ...

Empowering Software Engineers to Design More Secure Web Applications: Guidelines and Potential of Using LLMs as a Recommender Tool

open access: yesJournal of Software: Evolution and Process, Volume 38, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT As software applications get increasingly connected and complex, cybersecurity becomes more and more important to consider during development and evaluation. Software engineers need to be aware of various security threats and the countermeasures that can be taken to mitigate them.
