Affinity monolith chromatography
Journal of Separation Science, 2006AbstractThe combined use of monolithic supports with selective affinity ligands as stationary phases has recently given rise to a new method known as affinity monolith chromatography (AMC). This review will discuss the basic principles behind AMC and examine the types of supports and ligands that have been employed in this method.

Let $G$ be a group, $p$ be a prime and $P\in \text{Syl}_{p}(G)$. We say that a $p$-Brauer character $\unicode[STIX]{x1D711}$ is monolithic if $G/\ker \unicode[STIX]{x1D711}$ is a monolith. We prove that $P$ is normal in $G$ if and only if $p\nmid \unicode[STIX]{x1D711}(1)$ for each monolithic Brauer character $\unicode[STIX]{x1D711}\in \text{IBr}(G ...

Monolithic Nanoporous Crystalline Aerogels
Macromolecular Rapid Communications, 2013Monolithic aerogels can be easily obtained by drying physical gels formed by linear uncross‐linked polymers. Preparation methods, structure, and properties of these physically cross‐linked polymeric aerogels are reviewed, with particular emphasis to those whose cross‐linking knots are crystallites and, more in particular, crystallites exhibiting ...

First Monolithic Integration of 3D Complementary FET (CFET) on 300mm Wafers
2020 IEEE Symposium on VLSI Technology, 2020We report the first monolithic integration of 3D Complementary Field Effect Transistor (CFET) on 300mm wafers using imec's N14 platform. A monolithic CFET process is cost effective compared to a sequential CFET process.

Monolithic integrated Nd:YAG laser
Optics Letters, 1990By application of the technique of optical contact, a novel type of frequency-stable solid-state laser resonator has been developed. A diode-laser-pumped, monolithic integrated twisted-mode-cavity Nd:YAG laser with 80 mW of single-frequency output power at lambda = 1.06 microm has been fabricated. A linewidth below 10 kHz has been measured for the free-
