µSlicer for Programmable Multimaterial 3D Printing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Nature rarely builds with uniform materials; instead, it achieves exceptional performance by arranging composition and structure across multiple length scales. Mimicking such architectures has become increasingly feasible with additive manufacturing, and especially with multimaterial 3D printing, where complex structures with spatially varying

Pyrolyzed Photoresist as a Continuous‐Tone Mask for Grayscale Lithography

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
True grayscale contact photolithography masks are created by pyrolysis of 3D multiphoton resist patterns. The resulting carbon masks retain micrometer‐scale patterned features while providing continuous‐tone optical transmission. This approach provides access to high‐quality grayscale lithography without requiring exotic materials or commercial mask ...

Machine Learning‐Assisted Design and Performance Prediction of a Compact Dual‐Band Polarization‐Insensitive THz Metamaterial Absorber for Skin‐Cancer‐Related Refractive‐Index Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A compact QASRR‐based THz metamaterial absorber enables polarization‐insensitive dual‐band absorption and skin‐cancer‐related refractive‐index sensing through measurable resonance shifts. Field, surface‐current, and circuit analyses clarify the dual‐resonance mechanism, while StackNet‐assisted prediction accurately estimates the simulated absorption ...

Predictable and Scalable Analog Matrix–Vector Multiplication in Memristor Crossbars via Closed‐Form Wire‐Resistance Compensation

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Wire resistance and sneak paths severely compromise the performance of large memristor crossbars. A predictive closed‐form distributed line‐resistance model, combined with a fourmatrix geometry‐averaging algorithm, eliminates these parasitic limitations.
