MXene dervied CoFe composites show increased initial Oxygen Evolution Reaction (OER) activity compared to the pure CoFe and MXene in an Anion Exchange Membrane device. Vanadium vacancies in the MXene plays a role in increased OER activity and hinders Fe leaching in the AEM device over using the pure V2C MXene as a support material for the CoFe ...

Two Approximation Formulas for Gamma Function with Monotonic Remainders
In this paper, two new approximation formulas with monotonic remainders for the gamma function have been presented. Also, we present some numerical comparisons between our new approximation formulas and some known ones, which demonstrate the superiority ...

Electrolyte Engineering Strategy with Catecholate Type Additive Enabled Ultradurable Zn Anode
A catecholate‐type molecule is proposed as a multifunctional electrolyte additive, providing a strong buffering ability as well as homogeneous (101)‐textured electroplating morphology. The modified Zn anode exhibits a remarkable rate capability, extraordinary reversibility, and superior cyclic stability.

Optimal control of pollutants with delayed stock accumulation [PDF]
We study the optimal control of a pollutant that accumulates with a delay. We find that optimal paths are, in general, non-monotonic and oscillatory, but monotonic if the objective function is additively separable.

Some stochastics on monotone functions
We are concerned with monotone real functions in two different directions. However in both cases we pay special attention to obtain almost sure convergence results and the problem is related with measuring departures of monotonicity. Very often in mathematics the measurement of some kind of precision or anomaly is based on the consideration of metrics ...

DIFFERENTIABILITY OF MONOTONE SOBOLEV FUNCTIONS [PDF]
The author of this interesting paper studies the question of what are the minimal integrability conditions on the partial derivatives of a~homeomorphic Sobolev mapping from \(W^{1,1}\) that would guarantee differentiability almost everywhere. A~known sufficient condition, due to \textit{E. M. Stein} [Ann.\ Math. (2) 113, 383--385 (1981; Zbl 0531.46021)]
