In Situ Formation of Mechanically Interlocked Heterointerfaces with Ultrahigh Bonding Strength for Mg‐Based Multilayered Sheets

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Crystal‐orientation controlled hot‐rolling strategy creates Mg‐Ta immiscible composites featuring mechanically interlocked in situ formed interfaces (80.5 MPa bond strength) and excellent tensile properties (340–395 MPa UTS). Systematic multiscale investigations reveal a serration‐size‐dependent bonding mechanism and a three‐stage interfacial evolution

Direct Observation of Suppressed Optical–Acoustic Phonon Energy Coupling in Supported SWCNT at Cryogenic Temperatures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study quantifies the temperature‐dependent optical–acoustic phonon coupling factor (GOA) in supported single‐walled carbon nanotubes, revealing significant suppression at low temperatures. At high temperatures, GOA increases monotonically and is attributed to intensified anharmonic phonon interactions. This research offers key insights into phonon

Triple‐Functional CuxAu61‐x Nanoclusters with NIR‐II Photoluminescence, Photothermal and Photodynamic Properties and Their Bio‐Application

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A new CuxAu61‐x nanocluster was synthesized by doping Cu atoms into the Au60 nanocluster, and “one stone two birds” was achieved, in which both the NIR‐II emission and ROS generation of the CuxAu61‐x nanocluster were significantly enhanced. Considering its photothermal effect, a CuxAu61‐x@SiO2‐FA nanoplatform was constructed for NIR‐II luminescence ...

Solvent Replacement‐Driven Ionic Liquid Thermoelectric Gel for Self‐Powered Morse Code Communication Assisted by Machine Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A solvent replacement method is employed to transform PMAA hydrogel into a PMAA IL gel. The assembled thermoelectric device demonstrated stable voltage output and temperature sensitivity across a wide operating temperature range. Additionally, a self‐powered communication system integrating the PMAA IL gel with a logistic regression model is developed,
