Monitoring of circulating tumor DNA allows early detection of disease relapse in patients with operable breast cancer

Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity

Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of single circulating tumor cells in the follow‐up of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Seasonal return and firm size effect in the Malaysian Stock Market [PDF]

This study examine the existence of seasonal return and firm-size effect in the Malaysian stock market. The results reveal that there are evidence of the January effect, the Chinese New Year effect, and the reverse August effect.
