On the Relative Gain Array (RGA) with Singular and Rectangular Matrices
In this paper we identify a significant deficiency in the literature on the application of the Relative Gain Array (RGA) formalism in the case of singular matrices.

Protocols for entanglement transformations of bipartite pure states [PDF]
We present a general theoretical framework for both deterministic and probabilistic entanglement transformations of bipartite pure states achieved via local operations and classical communication.

Efficient Dynamics: Reduced‐Order Modeling of the Time‐Dependent Schrödinger Equation
Reduced‐order modeling (ROM) approaches for the time‐dependent Schrödinger equation are investigated, highlighting their ability to simulate quantum dynamics efficiently. Proper Orthogonal Decomposition, Dynamic Mode Decomposition, and Reduced Basis Methods are compared across canonical systems and extended to higher dimensions.

A comparative study of Gaussian Graphical Model approaches for genomic data [PDF]
The inference of networks of dependencies by Gaussian Graphical models on high-throughput data is an open issue in modern molecular biology. In this paper we provide a comparative study of three methods to obtain small sample and high dimension estimates

ABSTRACT This study examines the environmental, social and governance (ESG) scoring methodologies used by Bloomberg and S&P Global through the lens of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). It addresses a notable gap in the literature by identifying the underlying factors that shape ESG scores and providing practical insights for companies seeking to ...

Boundary-Value Problems for Weakly Nonlinear Delay Differential Systems
Conditions are derived of the existence of solutions of nonlinear boundary-value problems for systems of n ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients and single delay (in the linear part) and with a finite number of measurable delays of ...
