Moore's proposition $W$. [PDF]
The purpose of this paper is to clarify and defend Moore's contention that such a sentence as ``The sentence `At least one person is a king of France' means that at least one person is a king of France'', does not express a necessary truth, and that its negation is not contradictory, even though to assert it might be self-defeating.

Abstract Patients with acutely decompensated heart failure (ADHF) are usually admitted to hospital for management. There is growing interest in delivering intravenous (IV) diuretic therapy at home, in the community or at hospital day‐care units; the safety and effectiveness of outpatient‐based management (OPM) for ADHF has not been established.
