Biology, 2022 The sizes of cell, nucleus and nucleoli of sunflower zygote during its maturation have been measured; also the value of nucleus-to-nucleoli ratio has been determined. Fluctuation of the cell, its nucleus and nucleoli volumes during the period zygote maturation were detected.
