Protective Effect of Chinese Cabbage Outer Leaves Soluble Dietary Fiber on Intestinal Barrier Damage in Mice

open access: yesShipin gongye ke-ji
Objective: The intervention effect of soluble dietary fiber from the outer leaves of Chinese cabbage (CSF) on cyclophosphamide (CPA) induced intestinal barrier damage in mice were studied to provide a theoretical basis for the high-value utilization of ...

Biocompatible Magnetopyroelectric Composite Films for Cell Stimulation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Magnetopyroelectric films couple Fe3O4 nanoparticles with pyroelectric P(VDF‐TrFE) to turn alternating magnetic fields into controlled heat and pyroelectric currents. This heavy‐metal free platform safely boosts neural progenitor cells differentiation via synergistic thermal and pyroelectrical cues, engages AKT and calcium pathways, and opens practical

Enhanced Bandgap Flexibility in Perovskite‐Silicon Tandem Solar Cells via Three‐Terminal Architecture

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Three‐terminal (3T) perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells overcome the current‐matching constraints of 2T designs. Using an IBC POLO silicon bottom cell, we demonstrate a 30.1% PCE, with performance largely decoupled from perovskite bandgap and enhanced resilience under realistic, time‐dependent solar spectra.

Advanced age-related macular degeneration and risk factors in eyes with pachydrusen

open access: yesScientific Reports
The risk of progression to advanced age-related macular degeneration (AMD) varies depending on the type of drusen. This retrospective longitudinal study included 248 eyes of 156 patients with pachydrusen without advanced AMD at baseline.

Targeted Degradation of eEF2K by a Structure‐Guided PROTAC Strategy for the Treatment of Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study developed an eEF2K‐targeting PROTAC, A6, that efficiently degrades eEF2K in TNBC cells, inhibiting tumor growth in vitro and in vivo. To enhance tumor‐specific delivery, we engineered A6@ZIF‐8, a pH‐sensitive nanocarrier, which improved drug accumulation at tumor sites, offering a promising therapeutic strategy for TNBC through targeted ...
