Morning glory disc anomaly: A case report

A rare case of congenital anomaly of the optic disc is presented to draw attention to the occurrence of this anomaly in rural India. The typical case presented with excavated, enlarged colobomatous optic nerve head filled with glial tissue surrounded by peripapillary pigmentary abnormalities.
