Morphometric Analyses of Antarctic Cirques from Photogrammetric Measurements
Geografiska Annaler: Series A, Physical Geography, 1981The morphometry of 56 cirques in the Victoria Valley system, Antarctica, was analyzed with the aid of X, Y, Z terrain coordinates obtained by photogrammetric techniques from 1:60 000 scale high-alt...

MORPHOMETRIC MEASUREMENTS OF HUMERUS SEGMENTS
Al, Özge +4 more

Sources of error in arterial morphometric measurements.
Investigative radiology, 1988The authors used radiopaque vascular casts to test a new computer-based analysis method that employs a densitometric profile to determine arterial diameters. Results from this method were compared with those obtained with caliper measurements of overhead projection images of the radiograph and direct caliper measurements of the vascular cast.

Geomeasure: GIS and Scripting for Measuring Morphometric Variability
Lithic Technology, 2019This paper presents Geomeasure, a methodological tool developed to recover typometric information with a twofold objective. First, to speed up the process of gathering data by automatizing the way in which it is recovered. Second, it adds higher accuracy and the possibility of re-measuring archeological items without further directly interacting with ...

Fractals and morphometric measures: is there a relationship?
Geomorphology, 1992Abstract The potential role that fractal parameters may have as geomorphometric measures is investigated in a number of correlation analyses. The correlations between the fractal dimension (D) and the 24 traditional morphometric parameters used in this study are all very weak.
